2. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
  • Prices are displayed in USD. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
  • We accept major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship within the contiguous United States. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories are not supported at this time.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary.
  • VBNCity is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen events.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective.

5. Product Use & Safety

  • Lumi is designed for children ages 4 and up. Parental supervision is recommended.
  • Lumi contains electronic components and a rechargeable battery. Do not expose it to water, fire, or extreme temperatures.
  • VBNCity is not responsible for misuse of the product.

6. AI Features & Limitations

  • Lumi connects to AI services for interactive features and requires an internet connection.
  • While we strive for safe and positive interactions, responses may not always be perfect.
  • Parents are responsible for monitoring their child’s use of Lumi.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability
